she looks as tho she is uncomfortable. a look of disgust on her face. if you take anymore pics tell her to try and be a little more calm. take her hand and lay them dowm more gently. so she doesn't look like the police are after her. nice try tho. i like it mostly. =]
Naah, I'm not. I was just explaining today, that people with good stock (and well, frequent uploads...) can get featured almost daily. There is no rule against it. I just go through recent stock and pick my 10. Then I toss my D10 dice and find the daily featured artist.
I love spoiling you. After all, stock artists (and good ones, those that try really to make it - I've seen loads of crap too... I don't go and tell them off since I really don't have the time, but when I would I'd say that FFS stock is NOT some shitty shots you should just clean from your camera even before uploading them into your comp....) need all the support we can give them. I'm a manipulator, and I know how important good stock is and how damn inspirational it can be (at least 80% of my work has been done with no basis idea just rambling around, finding inspiration in stock and then doing it, you know what I mean), and as a stock artist I know it is not easy to make and often takes much more effort than any regular photography.
I'm sure I will. Doing these features I go at pictures like "omg I should use this, and that, and oh, that's a cool one, and that's a must have".... I've found many great artists with great galleries, and I've used quite many and will keep using. Browsing through my journal is a good way to find them, you know
And of course we all worship Sandi who I think started all this stock supporting and fighting for stock as art. (And I chuckle and smile each time I find another of my features on the front page with this shiny DD label)
